When viewing the detailed single ticket information you can Assign a ticket to a user/crew by using the Assign dropdown menu. Additionally, by clicking the Reject button you can unassign the ticket from yourself or crews you are a leader of.
NOTE: In order to Complete a ticket it must be assigned to a user/crew, otherwise, buttons associated with status changes to complete a ticket will be unavailable.
Clicking the dropdown menu Assign, all crews that you have the permission to assign a task to will be shown. You can select the crew you would like to reassign the ticket to and it will be updated.
NOTE: Specific permissions are necessary to assign/reassign, reject and perform status changes on tickets. If you don’t have the ability to perform an action contact your administrator.
