Clicking Subscribe on the layer additional options menu open either the New Subscription window, or the Manage Subscription window if a subscription already exists for that layer. You can manage notification alert type (Standard or Emergency), and the type of alerts you would like to receive. Atlas notifications can be received in the top right Alerts menu, via Email, or via SMS text.
